Cross arms so hands are on or near shoulders.  This forms a figure 8. Gaze at the symbol. Focus on the parallel lines of blue and gold with your peripheral vision. Focus on the symbol. Keep shifting the focus between the symbol and the parallel lines. You may feel intense heat on outside of hands (not palms); a very high vibe;  energy flows both in and out from crown chakra. Feel in your left brain a coolness. The coolness moves forward toward the frontal lobe on left side just behind hairline. This is intense energy – the warmth covers you aurically. Watch the energy spin between them, forming a double spirals. Spiral the golden beams of light energy down the middle of your body to your feet, filling you completely. This deep-cleansing thoughtform helps get rid of old thoughtforms that no longer serve you. People have reported clarity of thought and a shifting of the subtle energy fields. I run it on myself as part of my daily maintenance. Run the cleansing healing thoughtform through each of the fields. Bring in a column of light. It can be any color, but try white, copper, silver or gold the first time around. See the light spiral down the center of your body. Spin it clockwise. This is filling you with that color light. See a second spiral outside your body, moving counterclockwise. The second spiral is cleansing, neutralizing and releasing any stuck energy. Focus on your physical body. Apply the deep cleansing spins to all chakras. Focus on the etheric field. Apply the deep cleansing spins to the etheric plane. Focus on the emotional field. Apply the deep cleansing spins to the emotional plane. Focus on the mental field. Apply the deep cleansing spins to the mental plane. This is a very balanced way to cleanse yourself energetically. It can be used on the DNA level, the cells, the organs, or any of the auric fields. It is particularly helpful in the etheric, emotional and mental fields. When you run the cleansing/healing thoughtform, observe the speed at which it moves through each of the subtle bodies. The cleansing/healing thoughtform slows down when it gets to a blockage or denseness, so spend more time there until it begins to speed up. Once you run it on yourself several times you will get a feel for the different speeds. This program can be used on yourself or others. This is an excellent daily or weekly meditation.
