Meditation to find your balance point |
Each individual is unique and there is no "right or wrong" balance point.
|
Breathe in deeply and slowly. Hum a sound on the exhale. Do this for 5-7 breaths. Allow the energy to flow up your spine on the in breath. Allow the energy to flow down your spine on the out breath. Gently rock forward and backward a little bit until you find the balance point. Point to it with your hand. Sway left and right until you have found the sideways balance point. Focus your energy on that spot. Breathe deeply. Hum on the exhale. Begin swirling energy around you in either a clockwise or counter-clockwise direction.
Let the energy circle get wider and wider. Allow yourself to expand. Savor the feel of it. When you feel perfectly centered, slow the spin of energy and let it spiral down your body to your feet. Focus on your feet. Ground yourself. Take some nice deep breaths. Smile. |
