Lemurian Seed Crystal Meditation

Crystals in general can assist us in connecting to the other star beings.

Katrina Raphaell, a noted author on transmissions from and metaphysical properties of crystals, meditated with Lemurian Seed Crystals and discovered that these pinkish-reddish quartz points from Brazil were planted in the Earth and programmed by other Star Beings.

We humans are remembering how to communicate along those same lightwaves by tuning into the crystals energetically.

The Lemurian crystals assist us in bringing the body frequency up where we can access the higher meditational states. The more we work with them, the easier it is to maintain those higher frequencies.

The Lemurian Seed Crystals were programmed with telepathic lightwaves so they could communicate amongst each other energetically. They emit waves of energy that help us realize that we are all a part of the oneness of the Universe. They also emit a sense of peace, helping us move from the "daily survival mode" into a deeply meditative and peaceful mode.

There is an interesting article online written by Katrina Raphaell discussing Lemurians.

Lemurians have horizontal striations on several of the sides and are a pinky-red color. Raphaell writes "The Lemurian Seed Crystals stimulate the Limbic part of the brain, which is our most instinctual, animalistic part, and stimulates the cerebral spinal fluid with a higher frequency. In doing so, it is as if a holographic transmission is received which will help us evolve our consciousness to include the linear and mundane equally with the divine and cosmic."

Meditation

Breathe deeply.
Invite your Angels, power animals, Guides and meditate.

Focus your energies on your feet. Let the energy swirl around your feet.

Open the portal by rubbing your thumb downwards from the top of the Lemurian, over the ridges.
Set your intention to go to Lemuria.
Spin the energies up your body and out the top of your head.
Allow yourself to float upwards, toward the ceiling. Continue floating up above the trees, the state, the country, the Earth.

Travel through a prism of colors...

	red
	orange
	yellow
	green
	pink
	cyan
	indigo
	violet

There is a black hole that we will go through. Slip-slide your way through it, as if it were a water slide. Pop out the other side.

Before you is a garden of Lemurian crystal clusters, shimmering pinkish-red in the light.
Walk through the garden. Feel and aborb the energies.
Let them become a part of you.

Return through the black hole
Back through the color spectrum.
Back to the Earth
Back to your community
Back into the top of your head.
Bring the energies down through your body to your feet.
To the center of the Earth.
Anchor the energies around the core of the Earth and bring them back up to your feet.

Focus on the Lemurian in your hand.
Ask the crystal's name. You will see or hear the response.
Let it know your intent. "I want to learn to read your frequencies."
Or "I have a problem for which I'd like to find a resolution," and ask your question.
Listen.
Receive.

Discovery Exercises

(1) Create a circle of light protection by holding a Lemurian Seed Crystal in your dominant hand.
Encircle something (person, object, house, etc.).

(2)Meditate with a Lemurian.
Rub your thumb down the striations from the top to bottom.
Put the horizontal striations to the 3rd eye.
Let it know your intent and ask your question.
Listen.
Receive.
Ground yourself.
Write it down your observations in your journal.
